BROAD RIVER RETAIL AI Localized Promotion Engine

We built an AI-powered Localized Promotion Engine to automatically boost weekend sales at our 34+ stores. The system detects underperforming locations mid-week and launches geo-targeted, weekend-only ad campaigns on Google and Meta without manual effort. This has significantly reduced operational time, improved ad targeting, and increased weekend sales.

BROAD RIVER RETAIL NEWSROOM

I led a two-month project to design and launch Broad River Retail’s official WordPress-based Newsroom. This initiative solved our company’s lack of a centralized communication hub, which had previously resulted in scattered content and weakened brand authority. We created a trustworthy and accessible source for news, streamlined publishing, and integrated employee stories to boost brand credibility and engagement.

Lazeez Mediterranean Restaurant App

I led an eight-week project to design a mobile app for Lazeez Mediterranean Restaurant, a local eatery known for its authentic food. This initiative addressed the restaurant’s lack of an efficient digital ordering system, which previously led to long wait times, manual credit card entry over the phone, and a difficult-to-navigate text-based menu. The project’s goal was to create a fast, intuitive, and visually engaging app that allows customers to easily browse the menu, place orders, and manage pickups, effectively improving their experience and encouraging loyalty.

BROAD RIVER RETAIL WEBSITE REDESIGN

As the Project Lead, I drove the 4-month redesign initiative for Broad River Retail’s corporate WordPress website. The existing site presented significant usability heuristics violations, fragmented information architecture, and a poor user experience, impeding effective brand communication and talent acquisition. Our key objectives were to craft a modern, intuitive user interface, enhance brand perception, streamline the candidate journey for recruitment, and establish a cohesive design system to optimize overall user satisfaction.
